Builders in Braishfield, working across Hampshire
Accessible bathrooms, kitchens and home adaptations, built with care for people who want to stay in the home they love. Plus every kind of building work in between.
What we’re known for
We’re a full building company, but these are the projects people seek us out for, and the ones that make the biggest difference to everyday life.
Level-access showers, wet rooms and safer bathrooms that look beautiful and feel like home, never like a hospital.

Complete kitchens from design to decoration, with easy-reach storage, the right worktop heights and good light where you need it.

From a well-placed handrail to a downstairs bedroom and shower room: thoughtful changes, made patiently, with you and your family.

Why people choose us
We often work in homes people have loved for fifty years. So we go at your pace, explain everything plainly, keep the dust down, and leave every room better than we found it.
Our promise to you
Visits planned around you. Time to think things over, and nobody rushing you into a decision.
Every option explained simply, in person and in writing, with nothing hidden in the small print.
Happy to share updates with a son, daughter or carer, with your permission.
Clear walkways, dust controlled, and essential rooms kept usable wherever we possibly can.

How we work
Building work in your home should never feel overwhelming. Here’s what to expect from the first phone call to the final walk-round.
01
We visit, listen and look. No pressure and no jargon. If a family member or your Occupational Therapist would like to be there, even better.

02
Plain-English pricing that lists what's included, what isn't, and when the work will happen. You'll know exactly what you're agreeing to.

03
The same team from start to finish. Dust sheets down, access kept safe, and we'll always tell you what's happening each day.

04
We walk through everything with you, fix any snags promptly and leave the house clean. Then we're only a phone call away.

Help with the cost
Adaptation work can qualify for VAT relief and council funding. We’ll explain what might apply to you, simply and without obligation.
Some building work to adapt a home for a disabled person can be zero-rated for VAT, and certain mobility aids fitted for people aged 60 or over can be charged at the reduced 5% rate. We'll tell you if your work may qualify and help with the declaration.
Your local council may help fund adaptations such as level-access showers, ramps and stairlifts through a means-tested Disabled Facilities Grant. We're happy to provide quotes to support your application.
If an Occupational Therapist has assessed your needs, we'll build to their recommendations and keep them informed as the work goes on.
VAT reliefs and grants depend on individual circumstances and the rules set by HMRC and your local council. We’ll point you in the right direction, but we can’t guarantee eligibility.
Good to know
Yes. Level-access showers, wet rooms and adapted bathrooms are a large part of what we do. We design each one around the person using it, and make it look like a beautiful bathroom rather than a hospital room.
Free home visit
Tell us a little about what you have in mind. We’ll get back to you, usually within one working day, to arrange a free, no-obligation visit.
